About the Club
Susquehanna Valley Camaro Club was established to provide fellowship among members and as an outlet for Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts to organize and associate with like-minded car enthusiasts. We strive to preserve, restore, and maintain the Camaro/Firebird and its history. This includes Camaros and Firebirds of all styles: stock, restored, original, and modified, manufactured from 1967 to present.
Camaro of the MonthCamaro of the Month for October is owned by Jimmy and Tina Groff.
Not only is it gorgeous, it has many upgrades to make it unique. Here are the upgrades that Jimmy and Tina have done: This is our 2010 aqua blue metallic 2SS/RS. We’ve owned it for almost 2 years. It had a 6.2 liter V8 with 426 HP automatic transmission. Aqua blue metallic was only made in 2010. Only 3109 cars were made. Ours is #2444. We recently had some work done to it. A new air intake and power stop slotted disc brakes. We also had some engine work done. A new timing chain, BTR hot rod cam kit , BTR valve springs, BTR titanium trunion kit with dod delete and cam phaser delete. New GM head gaskets and 8 mm spark plug wires. It has speed engineering and long tube headers. It now has almost 600 HP with about 460 HP to the rear wheels. Jimmy and Tina were awarded a $15 gift card from Scoops as the October Camaro of the Month. Our Club is affiliated with a National Organization of Camaro and Firebird owners, the All American Camaro and Firebird Association.
