Camaro of the MonthCamaro of the Month for July is a 2018 2SS owned by Steve Segro.
Not only is it gorgeous, it has many upgrades to make it unique. Here is Steve's description: Back in March of 2019 I had bought a 2017 1LT with the 335hp V6 Camaro in Hyper Blue Metallic with white rally stripes. After losing my wife to Breast Cancer in December of 2019, I traded the 2017 in for my current 2018 2SS with the 6.2L 455hp V8 in Hyper Blue Metallic. Since then it's been a work in progress, I've added the pearl white rally stripes, Window tint, Front nose is wrapped in PPF, Diode Dynamics LED side markers, Umbra C8 style (Smoked) LED Sequential Tail Lamps, Extreme Online front lip and MP concepts side skirts and a Mishimoto oil catch can. Air flows in from a RotoFab CAI to Solar Performance ported 91mm Throttle Body, passes through an C8 corvette LT2 intake manifold topped with a custom painted cover. A flex fuel kit from Complete Street Performance feeds the E85 fuel to the engine. Exhaust passes through Complete Street Performance 2" headers to BBK high flow cats, through a factory x-pipe and exits out a set of Flowmaster American Thunder Axle-Back Exhaust with 4" Polished Tips. The car is lowered 1" on a set Eibach Pro springs, stopping power comes from PowerStop Z23 Evolution Sport Carbon Fiber Infused Ceramic brake pads mounted in G2 Red painted Brembo calipers that grab hold of PowerStop Z23 Evolution drilled n slotted Rotors. Wheels are MRR 228, 20x10 ET23 Front, 20x11 ET43 Rear, Tires are Nitto NT555R, Front: 285/30/20 Rear: 305/30/20. Dyno tuning now has the car putting out 460 HP to the wheels so the engine is estimated to be at 525 crank HP Steve was awarded a $15 gift card from Scoops as the July Camaro of the Month.
