Annual Membership Form

Annual Membership is $25.00. Membership runs from the date you join through the balance of the calendar year. Thereafter, dues are payable by January 31 of the next year. Once you choose to join, your information will be added to the SVCC roster and email distribution list and you will be invited to join our Members Page on Facebook. A membership package including a window decal, and custom printed t-shirt will be available to pick up at the next club meeting. Meeting info is available through emails to Members. Your SVCC membership includes annual membership in the All-American Camaro and Firebird Association.
This is a two step process.
1. Fill out the fields below and "click" submit.
2. Click on the "Order Shirt "tab (under the Membership tab) after submitting this page to complete your order. You must click on the "Order Shirt" tab to order your custom printed shirt and for us to collect the $25.00 annual membership fee. ($5 extra for XXL and XXXL shirts.). Please submit the picture of your car as you want it to appear on your shirt to [email protected].
